“So, you think you have everything all under control? You’ve got all the leg work completed and the details all lined up? You are a week away from the big event and all of a sudden you begin to stress about it all coming together perfectly! Yes, that was me a week before my darling daughter’s wedding last weekend. What to do, what to do? Then I remembered hearing about Forever Enchanted Events and reached out to Kelsey who helped to save my sanity at the eleventh hour. From the initial contact to the final hugs and thank yous, Kelsey was the epitome of professional. She met with me at my convenience and quickly completed her questionnaire which brought her up to speed on the timeline and chain of events for the big day. Kelsey made some great suggestions that I had not even thought about, which ended up making the timeline progress even more smoothly. We had still not hired any servers for the wedding reception and Kelsey was able to make that happen within a few hours after discussing it. The best thing about hiring Kelsey and Forever Enchanted Events was that Kelsey took over being the point of contact with all of the other vendors (venue coordinator, florist, cake service, bartender, DJ and caterer), allowing me to do the most important thing – spending quality time with my daughter helping her get ready for one of the most important days of her life. Kelsey was available to answer any questions from the moment I hired her and she is a pleasure to work with. When we arrived to the venue for the rehearsal, Kelsey quickly got the lay of the land and took on the role of leading the practice run of the ceremony, making sure that the entire wedding party knew what they needed to do. None of them had ever been in a wedding so she had her work cut out for her. On the day of the wedding, Kelsey was key to making this day truly special, from set up to clean up, relieving me of all that Monster of the Bride nonsense! Being the Mother of the Bride, I was so pleased to be able to enjoy the entire day so much and I could not have done that without Kelsey. “Hire immediately!!! My husband and I had the most wonderful experience with Kelsey and her team.  Kelsey just KNOWS what will be important to you and what won’t. That’s the most important trait in a great coordinator. Sound advice! Wedding planning is stressful and overwhelming. She will guide you though the whole process, is super responsive, and just a pleasure to work with.

She also went above and beyond for us on the big day. She set up our entire venue with her assistant. And it came out stunning! Throughout the wedding, she was there for us. She pinned my dress when the bustle broke, she made makeshift centerpieces when parts went missing, and she kept everything on time. My husband and I were able to fully enjoy our wedding because she was there.

After the wedding, she did the whole cleanup. She collected our belongings and dropped them off at our hotel. We just went to our after party without a care in the world! The next day, she even dropped off the tux rentals for us. Above and beyond service if you ask me!

“Where do I even begin to thank Kelsey for everything she and her team did for me and my husband in planning and working our wedding day? We’re so lucky to have been connected with her at a time where we were panicking and feeling overwhelmed trying to manage the requests from all our vendors, family, and friends. Upon our first phone consult, Kelsey established herself as an organized and prepared professional, asking us questions we didn’t even know to ask, and giving us advice we didn’t know we needed. Every meeting with Kelsey, phone and in person, was very productive and pleasant. Even though we hired her as our day-of coordinator, she provided us with a solid month+ of support.
