I’m Ashley Brentnall, Executive Pastry Chef and Owner of Petite Astorias, the exclusive dessert partner for Forever Enchanted Events.
Petite Astorias was founded in 2016 after I decided to chase my dreams and attend Le Cordon Bleu, where I graduated at the top of my class. I was offered a position at a highly prestigious bakery in Paris, where I was able to learn from some of the best chefs in the world. Baking is my passion and I am excited to be able to combine my love for authentic French Pâtisserie with traditional American favorites.
We take pride in making delicious treats and desserts to be enjoyed by all of your guests on your special day. All of our desserts are made from scratch, using only the finest ingredients. Our chocolate and butter are imported from France, and our vanilla from Madagascar to ensure the taste and quality of our desserts is unparalleled in Southern California. We personally deliver all orders and collaborate with Forever Enchanted Events to design custom dessert tables to suit every style and event.
